1、 Where do harmful substances come from? Identify the source

If PVC flooring poses health risks, they usually come from three aspects:

Plasticizers (phthalates) - soften floors, but some phthalates have reproductive toxicity

Heavy metals (lead, cadmium, mercury) - mainly from recycled materials or inferior stabilizers

2、 Jinlong's raw material control

1. PVC resin: using food grade/medical grade raw materials

Jinlong uses high-quality PVC resin from large petrochemical enterprises, and the residual amount of vinyl chloride monomer is much lower than the limit of the national standard GB 18586

2. Plasticizer: Do not use DOP/DEHP, use environmentally friendly ones instead

There is controversy over the commonly used dioctyl phthalate (DOP) in traditional PVC flooring. Jinlong uses dioctyl terephthalate (DOTP) or polyester plasticizers, which have been tested by the EU REACH regulation and do not contain any restricted ortho benzene substances.

3. Stabilizer: Lead free process

Early PVC products used lead salt stabilizers. Jinlong uses a calcium zinc composite stabilizer (calcium and zinc are essential trace elements for the human body), completely replacing heavy metal stabilizers such as lead, cadmium, and barium.

4. Filler: No recycled materials added

Jinlong explicitly promises not to use any recycled materials. The filler is made of natural calcium carbonate powder, which has been screened for whiteness and purity, and does not contain heavy metals introduced by impurities.

3、 Production process control

The entire process of ingredients, mixing, rolling, coating, and cutting is carried out in a closed environment

The production line does not add formaldehyde resin or benzene containing solvents

After the product is formed, it undergoes ventilation and aging for more than 72 hours to further dissipate residual volatile compounds

4、 Actual usage verification
