• Process: 3 rainstorm+2 high humid nights for 15 consecutive days (RH ≥ 90%)
• Result:
The average humidity inside the canopy is 71% (compared to 87% in the control group)
The moisture content of the goods only increased by 0.3% (compared to 1.8% in the control group)

5、 Technical disassembly: Why can we achieve "zero leakage, zero tearing"
1. Multi layer composite: PVC surface anti puncture+TPU water blocking film+anti condensation non-woven fabric, forming a unidirectional moisture barrier and a reverse water blocking barrier.
2. Seamless blade scraping: one-time molding with a width of 4 meters, without longitudinal splicing, completely eliminating seam leakage.
3. High strength base fabric: 1100D polyester filament, with a 70% increase in tear strength.
4. Coating formula: Nano UV cured layer, performance does not deteriorate at -30 ℃~70 ℃.
