2. Insufficient strength of corner materials

Reason: If the reinforcement materials used for the corners of the advertising fabric (such as plastic strips or metal buckles) are not strong enough, they are prone to deformation or loosening when pulled, resulting in the overall unevenness of the advertising fabric.

Solution: Before installation, carefully check the quality of the corner reinforcement materials. If the strength is found to be insufficient, stronger materials can be replaced. For example, using thicker plastic strips or stronger metal buckles to reinforce the corners. 1. Uneven pulling force

Solution: During installation, multiple personnel should be arranged to operate simultaneously, ensuring that the advertising fabric is evenly pulled from all directions. You can first arrange one person at each of the four corners of the advertisement and pull it hard to make the advertisement unfold initially. Then adjust the middle part gradually to make the entire advertisement flat. During the pulling process, it is important to observe the flatness of the advertising fabric and adjust the strength in a timely manner.

2. Improper selection of installation location

Reason: If the surface of the installation location is uneven (such as raised or recessed walls), or the support structure installed is unstable, it can also cause the advertisement to be uneven.

Solution: Before installation, carefully check the installation position. For uneven wall surfaces, tools such as sandpaper, shovels, etc. can be used to perform simple treatment on the wall surface to make it as smooth as possible. 1. Wind impact

Reason: When installing outdoor advertising fabric, if encountering strong winds, the wind force will cause the fabric to constantly sway during installation, making it difficult to flatten.

Solution: If encountering strong wind weather, it is recommended to suspend installation work and wait for the wind to weaken before proceeding with installation. 2. Temperature variation

Reason: Temperature changes can cause certain thermal expansion and contraction of the material of the advertising fabric. If installed in an environment with significant temperature changes, the advertising fabric may become uneven after installation.
